The information collected by crawlers, including webpage content, keywords, and metadata, is then processed and stored in a massive database. This process is known as indexing, where the data is organized in a way that allows Google's search engine to efficiently retrieve relevant information in response to user queries.
Essentially, crawling is about discovering and reading web pages, while indexing involves sorting and organizing this information for quick retrieval during searches.
How To Request Web Crawling & Indexing?
🕷️You can request Google to crawl and index a new or updated webpage via the Google Search Console (GSC).
The GSC most direct way, after verifying ownership of the website, you can use the "URL Inspection" tool to request indexing of a specific URL. This tool allows for the submition of new pages or updated content for crawling and indexing.
However this process can become very time consuming task if you generate content at scale and need 50 or 100 pages crawled and indexed.

📈For a more automated approach, especially for large websites or frequent updates you can use the Google Search Console API. This allows programmatic submission of new or updated URLs. However, this method typically requires some programming knowledge or purchasing of code.

🔨 Parasite SEO is a black-hat digital marketing strategy where content is posted on high-authority, third-party websites to gain unfair advantage in search engine rankings. This approach exploits the high domain authority of established platforms (like social media sites, forums, or free blog hosts) to quickly rank content for competitive keywords.
The "parasitic" part comes from leveraging the host site's SEO strength for personal gain, often with low-quality or spammy content. This practice is sometimes unpopular in the SEO community as it can lead to penalties from search engines and damage the reputation of the websites being exploited.
How To Use Reddit For Parasite SEO
🦟You can use Reddit (as an example) for Parasite SEO by taking advantage of its high domain authority and large user base. Just create posts or comments on Reddit that include links to your own or their clients' websites. Since Reddit is a well-established site with a strong reputation in search engines, pages from Reddit tend to rank well in search results (even more so since the HCU in September 2023).
The strategy involves finding or creating Reddit threads relevant to the target keywords, and then inserting links within those threads. These links lead to the individual's or client's website, aiming to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings. By using Reddit's authority, the linked content can rank higher in search engine results than it would if hosted on a lesser-known website.
However, this practice is generally considered manipulative and can be risky. Reddit's moderation systems can sometimes detect and discourage spammy behavior but I say go for it!
